The powder coated frame finish on all of our products is guaranteed to be free of defects, under proper usage, for five years from the original date of purchase. 10 to 12* Year Awning Fabric Guarantee

This limited warranty guarantees most fabric from becoming unserviceable (because of loss of strength or color) from normal exposure conditions e.g. mildew, sunlight, atmospheric chemicals, or rot, for a period of either ten or twelve years depending on the product, from the original date of purchase. 15* Year Screen Fabric Guarantee

Our fabric comes with a guarantee from becoming unserviceable (because of loss of strength or color) from normal exposure conditions e.g. mildew, sunlight, atmospheric chemicals, or rot, for a period of up to 15 years for most fabrics from the original date of purchase.
